Inconsistent quality of service from the law firm
“In the past when the older group of bellotti lawyers were available things were great. The new staff and other lawyers are very disconnected. I will never refer or use this law firm again.”

Failure to follow up on promises or return calls
“Called for a consultation. Somebody talked to me on the phone for a little while, told me someone will call me back. Waited for a week, no call. Called again and after some checking was told that they can give me a mass bar association number. Law firm not keeping a promise to call back was a surprise to me.”
