I’ve worked with Joe Hennessy from Dhar Law since December of 2018 facing a lengthy Court process. The case was finally resolved in July of 2023. 4 years later but through each step of the way Joe was there guiding me and doing more behind the scenes work than I even knew was needed. I’ve learned a lot from this experience and about the type of lawyer I’d want defending me in a criminal case. Joe really went above and beyond the court room and got me a Not Guilty Verdict. I appreciate the hard work and attention to detail and would happily refer him and the firm to anyone in need.

I want to share my experience with Dhar Law, especially the partner Vikas Dhar. I got slapped with a frivolous assault law suit by a car rental employee when I was visiting Boston with family from California. I approached Dhar Law to take up my case by filling up a form on their website. Mr. Vikas Dhar personally contacted me to talk to me and understand my situation. He was extremely courteous, sympathetic and pragmatic. He did not rush me but asked me to take my time in explaining my situation. This is a very low level case that usually partners don't even look at. I know this as my wife is a lawyer herself. However Mr. Dhar himself took up my case. He had a clear plan on how to handle the case. He prepped me very well to get all my documents and references.Throughout the preparation process, he was extremely accessible. Finally when the case hearing approached, he prepped me on what would happen during the magistrate hearing. The Magistrate hearing went well way beyond expectations, thanks to Mr. Dhar. The document package that he presented along with his statements to the magistrate did the magic. I was not even asked to talk during the process. The case was completely dismissed. I don't want anyone to get into legal issues. However if one gets in a sticky situation, I would highly recommend Dhar Law and Mr. Vikas Dhar without hesitation.
