The absolute best I’ve ever worked with! If you own real estate this is the lawyer that you want to call. I happen to find him in specifics of tenant landlord relations and came across an article he wrote that made me call him and I’m really glad I did. What’s the difference? he actually returns phone calls and talks to you, imagine that, he actually cares enough to have a conversation with you. How many lawyers follow an actual conversation with concerns and suggestions instead of the aimless nodding? So many that I lost count. Adam actually listens. Great Attorney. Very prompt, always kept me posted of updates. Remained very patient with my queries/concerns. After endless efforts of trying to get my deposit back and disappointments from my Landlord, I sought Adam's help. I moved to Seattle from Boston and never even had to visit back for my case. He did not charged me any cost upfront. Whole process took ~1.5+ Years and I had to remain patient but it was worth it since Adam was able to handle all ordeal nicely and was able to get me little over 3 times of my deposit back.
