From initial consultation to retention to communication to closing letter of my case, My experience with Mike, Val, Carmen and especially Shane could not have gone smoother and with the best possible outcome. As a first time offender with aggravated DUI, I thought my world, my family, my job and self-respect would come crashing down but I can tell you that this team is the by far the most professional, knowledgable and kind people I could have ever hoped for. I was facing a minimum of a year-long suspension that was reduced to 3 months with the completion of the program and was likely going to have an inginition interlock device for a year and that was waived also. I especially want to shout out Attorney Shane Goudas (or as I call him the baby-faced assassin - sorry Shane!) - Shane is not only a smart, organized and a talented lawyer, but he took his time with me to help navigate through everything in preparation for my court date to the various hearings necessary to communicating the license restoration process. He is smart and direct without being glib or condescending and extremely patient - which are incredible qualities to posess. Shane was well-respected in the court room and during the IID hearing and most importantly he was able to articulate my case very well to the other parties and be my champion during this tumultous process. I reached out to Mike Bowser for a consultation after I was arrested for a first offense OUI in Massachusetts. He was kind and thoughtful and patiently explained all my options and answered every question I had throughout the process. After I agreed to hire him, he was diligent in reviewing the evidence and immediately got my breathalyzer thrown out as inadmissible. All communications from Mike and his office were prompt and courteous, and on the one instance that he was not able to attend a hearing, I was impressed and satisfied with the attorney from his office who stood in. Mike did a tremendous job at trial, I was very impressed watching him in action. The jury returned a not guilty verdict in under 15 minutes! I could not be happier with the process or the results and I cannot recommend Mike Bowser highly enough!

When your future is on the line; you have to pick the person you hire very carefully... I am so glad I picked Mike. I was facing down 10 years loss of license because of an out of state rookie police officer. Mike stuck with me throughout, and his straightforward approach, was straight to the point. He listened when I needed him to, and of course like most in this industry he was often busy. But when it came down to it, he was ready and absolutely destroyed the prosecution. If youre reading this you're probably in a pretty bad place right now, and I've been there. I suggest a few things, do your homework - share that with your attorney but, don't try to be the lawyer, and hire Mike. This way at least you can trust in that you hired the best attorney possible.

Mike and his team did an amazing job with my case. I had a complex case where I lived in NH and was charged with OUI in MA. Mike new the laws in both states inside and out. His support team of Shane and Val were awesome and always available when I reached out with questions. Mike also did an incredible job with analyzing and using the police car dash camera and the troopers body camera footage to support my case. His presence in the court room and complete understanding of how everything worked was invaluable. He was also instrumental when navigating both the MA and NH RMV regulations and laws. I was charged with a DUI in NH, live in MA. I was scared, sad, and felt like I had hit rock bottom. I couldn’t talk to anyone for days but knew I had to contact a lawyer for help. I knew nothing about dealing with anything like this- had a completely clean record. I got the courage to call, and spoke with Val- who was so kind and comforting during, what I felt like, was the worst time of my life. I met with Mike for the free consultation and knew immediately I needed to hire him. He was accommodating, friendly, comforting, and didn’t make me feel like I was the worst person on Earth (which is how I was feeling.) We won the ALS hearing - he knew keeping me able to drive was important. He also was kind and considerate- he asked me a few times if things were ok and made sure I still held my current job. He recommended a therapist to do the court ordered evaluation, he let me know that he will still work with me regarding the license suspension in NH (and getting it reinstated) and said that when the MA RMV gets involved, to let him know and he’d help with that. From start to finish, I am so glad I hired Attorney Bowser. I was scared- I didn’t know if I should go without a lawyer, or which to choose but if I could give you any advice- go with your gut- that’s why you’re reading this! I hired attorney Michael Bowser to fight drunk driving charges so I wouldn’t loose my Class A Commercial Drivers License. Not to get to into my case but I blew a .08 and caught with an open container in my personal vehicle. My charges were dropped from a Class B Misdemeanor to a Town Ordinance fine for $1,000 for breaking traction and was wrote off as like a noise violation and I got to keep my CDL. For anyone that’s trying to fight a DWI with a CDL I highly recommend hiring Mike Bowser he did a great job with my case.
