I met Attorney McIsaac by what was really a show of compassion for me and a passion for his work. Last week I was hit with 3 charges in district court, all of which were serious matters--and being who has never been in trouble before--they were devastaying to me. I have always myself as someone who did not have a record and I often used that point in my sales pitch when dealing with clients. So, to go from no record to three rather serious charges over the course of the morning shook my world upside down. With the grace of God, attorney MacIsaac happened to be in the court room on another matter and saw that I was one of the remaining few in there who's case had not yet been called and didn't appear to have counsel. He approached me to ask me if there was anything you could do to help me. I stepped outside with him and explained my issue Invert importantly my concerns going forward as these charges would affect my ability to work. He noted these concerns and immediately thereafter went to speak with the district attorney to try to negotiate a resolution. The resolution he was able to reach exceeded my expectations it was literally better than a resolution I thought the court could except at the minimum. When my case was called, he spoke in a clear, direct, and respectful manner-- End it was evident that the court had the same respect for him. Not one, but two different judges made it a point to mention his professionalism as well as his passion for helping others and his dedication to clients. What I thought was going to drag on for at least a year over numerous appearances, attorney MacIsaac was able to resolve for me within about five minutes of his time. That's it; case closed. I was amazed. This absolutely speaks to his knowledge and his ability, But also to the way he is able to work without those for a resolution that is acceptable to all parties. He created a scenario that was a win-win- win all around the board. The only mistake he made was giving me his business card, because now he's gonna have a hard time getting rid of me!
