We recently went to Mchugh Law for help with a Will and estate planning. Dennis and his staff were excellent. He explained every thing we needed to know and answered all our questions. We would recommend this firm to anyone needing estate planning.

My husband and I , recently redid our estate planning with Attorney Dennis McHugh. He was wonderful every step of the way and very, very knowledgeable. He informed us of all our options and the implications associated with each. Family needs and goals, tax implications, and long term concerns were discussed in depth. Any questions we had via email or phone were quickly addressed. I would highly recommend Attorney McHugh and office staff. Knowledgeable, friendly, and up to date on estate planning in every aspect.

As a lawyer myself, I took great care to select a lawyer to do my estate plan. Mark was excellent throughout the entire process. He made it clear what decisions needed to be made and explained our options, along with their implications. Not only will I come back if I ever need probate or real estate help, but I will entrust my clients who need those services to Mark.

When I walked into waiting room to see Attorney McHugh I felt so comfortable. Attorney McHugh took time sitting with me explaining different types of trusts. He did not rush. If I did not understand he would review again. Telling me best trust for me as I am 71 owning a six family apartment building living in one unit. I recieved package of all trusts in Mail to review. He was so informative. He even worked with my accountant to know best for me. I had him do my Trust, Power of Attorney, and Will. If you need a lawyer for any reason Attorney McHugh very knowledgeable and I would recommend him.

I had recently trust work done through attorney McHugh and I have observed him being very patient to my many phone calls with many questions. never noticed him to be impatient. I would strongly recommend him to Trusts. His office staff, especially Janice is extra-ordinary person. Very receptive to my many calls.I give him high marks to his work.

Mark Veglia was extremely helpful in handling a difficult family estate issue. He walked us through each step. Gave us reassurance that we needed. He was always available and quickly responded to our emails or calls. Highly recommended him!
