I am not understanding where all these 5-star reviews are coming from when their service is below par. I found out about this law firm through my physical therapist and decided to be their client for a motor vehicle accident. After the first conversation with the lawyer for less than 5 minutes on the phone, all I did was send all my documents via email to a paralegal. I never heard back for months so I used to call them to check the status of my case and every time it was we were working on it. There was no transparency on what they were working on. Is it the demand package or is it the negotiation? I was surprised my demand package was sent without me even signing it so i don't know how much they even asked on the demand package. Every answer on the call was your case is rejected until a year and half, they finally said i am getting a settlement which was extremely low for the injuries i have. When i mentioned that to the lawyer, the lawyer mentioned it was my fault so i should accept the settlement even if it is low. As a lawyer who has accepted your case, you should be fighting to get the settlement your client deserves but nope that was not the case. They mentioned i have medical bills too so the settlement was going to be divided 3 ways, me, the lawyer and the medical bill. I did not understand how there was a medical bill that i do not know of when i clearly remember my health insurance paying the bill and me having to pay about $5000 out of pocket. Everything seemed very shady to me so i switched my injury lawyer at this point. With the new lawyer, my settlement went up by significant amount and i had no medical bills i needed to pay from my settlement. So, for everyone reading this review, do your research well before choosing this firm. If you read all the 5 star reviews, all of them are the same and seem to describe something they are not. They are not very responsive or attentive neither do they do their best for your case, the paralegal is very rude if you ask them questions about your case.
