David and his team are phenomenal. Our realtor recommended his services to us after our offer was accepted. David is concise and professional and was a pleasure to work with. He was easy to reach when we needed him and answered all of our questions. When we hit a small snag, he worked with us to overcome the issue without us needing to make any major concessions.
