I've refinanced my home on several occasions and I only use Attorney Phyllis Laffer to do so. Phyllis is one of the best! Charming, knowledgeable and always on top of the ball. I always recommend her to my family and close friends because I know she will take care of them and do a terrific job! Two thumbs up!

Working with Attorney Phyllis Laffer was nothing short of a pleasure. Not only did she tolerate my constant questions, but she clarified every issue I had. She walked me through the entire process and was available to talk at my convenience. She was also incredibly accommodating. Honestly this was the most pleasurable and enjoyable experiences (shocking to say when talking about real estate transactions) I have ever had with an Attorney and wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend her.
