I was referred to Tahirah by a former high school instructor that is currently a lawyer. I had gotten involved with another lawyer that I had found out after hiring him, he had some substandard work practices, things were not going well, and I needed to get out fast. Tahirah was a lifesaver for me. Tahirah very efficiently requested all of my paperwork from my previous lawyer, reviewed, organized, and did the appropriate filing that my other lawyer did not do. Tahirah at first spoke with me on the phone for quite a while reviewing my case to see if in fact if she could even help me, and then when she determined that she could ,she started the wheels rolling towards justice. My case involved my ex-husband’s contribution towards our daughters college education. In our divorce decree we had never officially addressed it specifically, it was rather vague, so I needed to have actual figures on paper so my daughter could get the help she needed from her father. Tahirah handled him wonderfully, as he is a narcissistic and of course his attorney was a ivy league/perfect office/North Hampton lawyer, costing him big bucks, Tahirah supplies what you’re actually paying for, great legal advice and action. In fact my ex-husband ended up spending $30,000 on his high level attorney without getting much done at all. He in fact ended up firing his attorney, and going to his brother-in-law for Free to finish this case. Tahirah and I also worked with mediators to try to help settle this case, but at every step we would get very close to resolution but my ex would then put a kibosh on the final decisions. So we ended up having to talk this out in front of the judge we were planning on going to trial but, Tahirah worked with my ex-husband‘s brother-in-law, who is also his pro bono attorney, and we were finally able to resolve the situation for my daughter. In actuality this case ended up costing my ex-husband over $30,000, for his pride. Tahirah represented me beautifully, she was very aware of cost, she understood what it feels like to be a single mom fighting the system. I would highly recommend Tahirah for any legal case you need, she is very approachable, understanding, intelligent, very well-versed in the letter of the law, and she’s not afraid to take the bull by the horns and stand up for her clients. I felt very secure and confident having Tahirah represent me, she was just like having that older sibling that went in and fought for you when you felt like you can’t fight for yourself any longer. Highly, highly recommend Tahirah you will not be sorry for having Tahirah represent you in any legal matter.
