After my first conversation with Attorney Dan Perlman, I knew our prayers had been answered and it was at that point, I decided to put our son’s future and all my trust in Dan and his expertise. I was 100% confident that Dan’s sole focus would be to give our son a fighting chance at a successful future.
Our son, who is 17, has Asperger’s syndrome, Tourette syndrome disorder, Depression and OCD and during his 3 years at the high school he was attending had declined to a life of isolation and depression. Because of Dan’s selfless and tireless efforts, our boy will soon be enrolled in a much better environment that is suited to assist him with his social and emotional needs versus the high school he was previously struggling at.
Dan is an extremely intelligent lawyer who is honest, kind, giving and patient. He was always willing to take whatever time was needed to explain the process at each stage of our son’s case and kept us abreast of any and all situations as they arose.
This was the first time I had ever used a lawyer for anything and Dan made the process very easy and never once did I feel like he wasn’t competent and totally in control of the situation.
To tell you we are blessed is an understatement. I would highly recommend Dan to any parent whose child needs an advocate who wants nothing more than to fight for the best interests of the child.
God bless you Dan and thank you! We will be forever grateful.

I first met Dan when my son, who has autism, started high school. My son was struggling because the school he was at didn't have an appropriate program for him and Dan got involved and was extremely resourceful.
Dan found us the right doctor, who also got on board to help, Dan was always there, present, reachable, patient, available and willing to do what was necessary in order to get my son the best education and school possible . Now my son is in an amazing school that cater to his needs and he's progressing beautifully thanks to God and his blessing to us "Dan Perlman". Dan you are a gift to us,we'll never, in a million years, be able to repay your care, responsibility and commitment to my son's cause. Dan Perlman is an amazing attorney and human being and my family and son are doing superbly because he cared.

I had the great good fortune of meeting Attorney Perlman a few years ago. He has worked diligently to ensure that my special needs child was adequately prepared to graduate from public high school with a diploma and a good transition plan. We are so pleased with the working relationship we had with Dan, as well as the outcome. We could not have gotten this done without his help.

Dan and I worked on a number of cases involving special education law, applied behavior analysis involving children with autism, and placement of children in Lawrence, MA. Dan was excellent with the clients, knowledge of the law and getting results.

Attorney Perlman's support was clear and took amazing measures advocating for us as parents and our family, our child's academic team, advocates and co- lawyers alike. Through the highest of representation legally, detailed research, and gathering information Dan displayed the highest level of professionalism.
Through detailed explanation of laws, guidelines and research he explained the system, the laws, the research based support and evaluations that resulted in amazing success and outcomes.
The professionalism and expertise practiced did not stand alone. His understanding and guidance which was always thoroughly explained alerted us to not only see our side , but also recognize "the entire picture" and understand the laws, critical thinking, and results.
Lastly and most importantly, his"down to earth", personal approach and support comforted us in so many ways, assuring that he understood our own challenges, and child's abilities and belief's and that from the very beginning he believed in our advocacy .
