My experience with the Mansur Law Group was far superior to the ones I had before. I, unfortunately, had to meet and part ways with a variety of Family Attorneys with mixed reviews about their commitment to my case. I have an ex-husband constantly filing complaints and losing them over six years after our divorce. This has recently culminated in a full-blown trial over custody of our children. My ex-husband was arrested and charged with assault and battery of one of our minor children. DCF was involved. The case was documented in detail and before it was dismissed, we attended parenting classes and worked with a family therapist in an effort to help him. This ended up with a restraining order due to his aggressive behavior that was captured by security cameras at my house. Karla Mansur was amazing at capturing six years of history that other attorneys had dismissed for being "complicated." Karla wrote a Finding of Facts document with such precision and eloquent description of the facts based on books of evidence and documents shared with her. She was firm in her language and extremely knowledgeable about how trials and post trials work. It was also comforting to wrap up a stressful experience with a Family Attorney who is so focused on the outcome, and most especially, the children who suffer as a result of a divorce. I could not recommend the Mansur Law Group more. If you are reading this before you do more research, don't waste time and reach out to this practice first. I don't get impressed easily and Karla Mansur and her team still impress me for their work in family law.

I couldn’t have made a better decision choosing Karla. I’ve known Karla for a long time now and have had her as a lawyer before. In my recent family court case with my ex-spouse, I needed Karla’s help to ensure the best deal possible against someone as stubborn as my former partner. Just from our first call about this case, it was obvious that she was looking out for me as another human being and that her heart was in the right place. Numerous places do the least while trying to get the most expenses out of you regardless of the outcome, but Karla went above and beyond. She helped me realize just how much more I should fight for certain things as opposed to giving in like I’ve so been used to. Karla helped me get the what I wanted against a tough adversary, and even helped look out for my wallet as well. Thanks again!

I hired the Foley & MacArdie firm after my now former wife surprised me, last spring, with her intention to file for divorce. The other surprise (without belaboring the unfortunate details) was that she hired a firm whose principal surreptitiously assigned a terrible, amoral lawyer to handle her case without my former wife's knowledge or consent. It turns out that said opposing lawyer has a 1-star AVVO review, consistently horrific AVVO reviews by her former clients, and had been disciplined on multiple occasions by state licensing authorities. Once my former wife found out about this surreptitious reassignment, she demanded that her case be reassigned to another attorney. My email correspondence with my former wife can verify this account. Kathy Foley and her team were cognizant of that lawyer's bad reputation, and handled the case with wisdom, sensitivity, and respect for the well being of BOTH myself and my former wife, just as I wished. I urge anyone who desires a divorce to be settled amicably--handled with the goal of avoiding unnecessary conflict & expense, and promoting a constructive post-divorce relationship--to give the Foley & MacAdie firm your most serious consideration! Based on my own experience, they deserve your confidence and trust.

This firm cushions their hours big time. I hired one lawyer at one rate and my bill was full of charges for a different lawyer "consulting" at a much higher rate. They never responded to my questions about the over billing of phone calls and emails. Beware of your bill if you hire them! Plus, the lawyer I hired was writing her speech as we sat in court, as we waiting to be called in court, she wasn't ever prepared . I would hire someone else.

I stumbled upon Karla's law practice somewhat by accident as I found myself in the throes of a divorce but I am thankful that I found her team on my first try. Karla's team has been so kind, understanding, and thoughtful while I am going through the toughest time of my adult life. I thought I was going to have an amicable divorce but things turned south before I knew it. Karla has an amazing reputation around town for helping couples find their way through divorce together but I can personally attest that she is also amazing when things get tough. It has been incredibly soothing to have Karla supporting me though the entire process. In support of all her other wonderful reviews I cannot recommend her enough! If you are reading this now pick Karla and her team!

If you’re reading this review, you and I probably had quite a bit in common at one point in life. If this is true, hopefully my testimony can help you with your decision making process. When I first made my decision to cut ties with my wife I met with a few different lawyers before making my final decision to go with Mansur Law. The confidence that they displayed in their ability to protect my assets and I made choosing them to represent me a no brainer. Sure enough they delivered 10 fold. Being Active Duty military, the dichotomy of my situation went from complicated to a living nightmare, fast. My spouse attempted to go after my career by means of slander and false allegations. Karla was there with me every step of the way and ensured that my career was protected along with my assets. Her emotional investment in my particular situation during some of worst days was the affirmation that I needed to know that I made the best decision when choosing someone to represent me. In the end, I was more than satisfied with the outcome and I was even more grateful for everything Karla and her team did for me. A special thanks to Meghan and Joleen for all their work for me as well. If you’re on fence about choosing a lawyer just ask yourself would you bring a knife to a gun fight? With keeping my personal experience in mind, If I had equate Karla’s services to a firearm, she would without a shadow of a doubt be the best weapon in the arsenal. I would recommend Karla to anyone who is going through the life change of divorce, or anything similar. During our consultation, she took the time to walk me through everything I would need to do, going so far as to help me understand and fill out paperwork that I had a hard time deciphering on my own. I felt comfortable telling her about what I’m going through, and found her demeanor to be both professional and compassionate. She really helped me feel that this is a manageable process, and I am grateful to know of such a valuable resource in town.

I cannot recommend Karla enough. My ex-wife hired a lawyer (Miriam Altman) that wanted to be as contentious and litigious as possible in order to drive up costs. Despite the incessant letters, motions, and unreasonable demands from the opposing attorney, Karla took an incredibly level-headed and sensible approach. It became very apparent, over the course of the year that Karla represented me, that she was not in it to milk every dime from her clients like some lawyers. Karla strikes the proper balance of representing her clients strongly versus the fees that her clients would incur. I think this is a very important skill for an attorney to have. When all was said and done, my ex wife had spent over 3x what I did on fees and never once did I feel like she was compromising my case. Karla is truly out to give her clients the absolute best outcome in situations where both parties lose. Hopefully I don't ever need to have Karla represent me again, but if I ever do, I would not hesitate to hire her again. Thanks Karla!
