Gilmore and Gilmore from Danvers is the worst attorney office that I have met in last 20 years' real estate agent experience. As a closing attorney, they closed the transaction without having the sellers to pay off the property tax owed.

Corrupt, collusion and unethical. Completely ruined my life not showing up for court although paying my retainer. Lied to the court. Reprimanded through bar association. Heartless. Essex County is one big frat house. Had harder time dealing with this than my own ex. Be careful they can even retaliate later. If I could have given negative stars I would. This vindictive person and her associate got caught. No apology. Still tried to ruin me years later. Only hurt me by hurting my children. Karma. Also kept my retainer after telling court I wasn't a client of theirs.
