I contacted Lissa for a speeding ticket I got in Concord, MA. Though I didn’t use her service (I decided to pay off the ticket as it was a 10 MPH over ticket), Lissa spent her time explaining my ticket, her strategy and my options. It was my first ticket ever, and I was quite panic about my options and the potential consequences (e.g., How much will this ticket impact my insurance premium? Will this ticket impact my insurance substantially that I should pay for legal service to avoid the long-term unforeseen costs?
