I worked with Jonathan Tobin while selling my parents' house after they passed, from across the country. Jonathan was exceptionally communicative and was very adaptable when unexpected circumstances arose during the process of selling the house. Be cautious with peter Pasciucco One thing for your lawyer to tell you half truths and not listen and do what your telling him. I shouldve went with a better firm. Did more research than he or the paralegal had no caselaw to use even though he said he was this big da in Boston. He so called handled the Jimmy warren case which was damn near identical to my case and he didnt even think about it. Watch out for these lawyers that talk all credentials and legal jargon. Had to take a plea deal which was said no longer than 5 months and no gps i did 7 and im still on the gps.
