Mr. Gratzer handled our case efficiently and treated us professionally. He communicated frequently with us throughout the entire process, keeping us informed on any updates, as we were very unfamiliar with its territory. I’m sure I caused many of his headaches but Mr. Gratzer remained calm and always reassured us that things would turn out well. His demeanor, though at times may seem rough (this is a good thing!) let us know we were in good hands and that he was on our side. He and his paralegal, Maria, were very courteous and responsive when necessary. We felt he had our best interests at heart and made us feel like a priority. If the occasion arises, we will definitely seek his assistance again. Thank you Gratzer Law!

My experience with the Gratzer Law Office was outstanding in every manner. I found Attorney Gratzer and his staff to be extremely courteous and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and returned all of my phone calls promptly. It is obvious to me that Attorney Gratzer is well respected by insurance companies because he was able to settle my case quickly and for a generous amount. I highly recommend the Gratzer Law Office.

Attorney Gratzer first came to my house to make it easier for me. I told him about the case and what the insurance company for the man who hit me was offering. He was very interested and certain he could help me. It took time for him to get all my doctor and hospital bills and negotiate with the insurance office. Having had a car accident in the past I was familiar with the long wait it takes for these cases to get resolved I called his office after a year had passed to see how things were progressing and left a message. Someone from his office called bac, let me know what was happening with the case and actually had a qustion for me. Though it has taken 18 months, Attorney Gratzer was able to get me DOUBLE what the insurance company was offering! I would definitely recommend him!

I don't think Atty Gratzer was working for me

Worst experience ever! This attorney has a very unprofessional attitude. Does not do his own investigating, and expects you to call around and get information. He also went missing for more than a year and a half, I was not notified during the numerous phone calls I made to his office. And when he returned, I was questioned about my case, and I asked why I was not asked in 2017, and he exploded. After not hearing again from him for a month, after I told him I was not comfortable speaking to him with out someone present, he emailed stating he was no longer taking the case because of breakdown in communication. What a joke, meanwhile I have 2 months before I will no longer be able to file my claim in Massachusetts. 4/27/20 Look how unprofessional you are, going to each review that’s not in your favor and playing the blame game. I really wish I could attach the emails of your rants! But it’s okay, sadly I’m not the only one whose had a terrible experience with you.
