I called to just find out if what I’m looking to get services for is actually practiced at this law firm due to the fact that not every law office practices the same- and I was “advised” to get a consultation which I would have to pay $200 for the half hour... This is my issue- if you practice it, please let the potential customers know through your front line staff... if you don’t practice it...please let the potential customer know through your frontline staff. Clearly, if you practice in the area for which I was searching, I would invest in it- if you don’t, why am I paying $200 for you to say, “No, this isn’t the area of our expertise?” I chose to call this company based on the reviews, but how I got turned away today- leads me to believe otherwise.
