Inconsistent customer service experience
“I called this place after a reference from a friend. I wholly regret that decision. I called inquiring if a professional thought I had a medical negligence case. The first question the gentleman asked was "did I get the procedure I needed done?", my answer was yes, and after that this man would not hear another word out of my mouth without saying "then you already won," and that we wouldn't make any money on the case.”
