“The first question the gentleman asked was "did I get the procedure I needed done?", my answer was yes, and after that this man would not hear another word out of my mouth without saying "then you already won," and that we wouldn't make any money on the case. If these people cannot take the time for a 5 minute phone call I would not trust them with anything.”
