I was denied a consult based simply because I’m a man looking for help to get custody of my son. At first I was told that I would be seen in July to get my case going then it changed because I’m not a woman looking to get custody taken from the father. Discriminated against. Obviously she’s only trying to make a quick buck so I’d be careful before you give her 350 dollars just to be lied to! Joke!

Bridgette Mitchell, who is the other lawyer that works for Denise's office. Has been nothing but supportive and strong through my tough times going through the probate courts. She is a lawyer that believes in what she preaches. And has a good reputation in the courts from what I have gathered. She will be my lawyer as long as I need.

Smart intelligent worth it

When my husband & I needed a good lawyer to fight my husbands EX wife, I was recommended to see Denise . Denise listened to what my husbands ex-wife had caused me and my daughter at the time. She was a very good listener got to know both of us . And then told us what we’ve been tolerating all these years and how to take care of it. Denise was a trooper went to that Court room. Denise defended my husband and I and our rights. Denise put my husbands ex-wife in her place. We never had any more problems with his ex-wife including me. When it comes to divorce child support personal rights Denise is the one to hire without a doubt . You will not be disappointed at the job she can do for you.

Denise and her entire staff are wonderful. They listened, provided emotional support and the best legal representation out there. Her office represented me through my divorce and several modifications... without her advice and advocacy, my boy would not be back home! Thanks, Denise!
