I spent two years on a Custody case with this man and he lacked in every way possible all he does is want your money he doesn’t work on your case you have to constantly call and stay on top of it yourself I paid this man GOOD money and I’m so disappointed aside the past two years not representing me correctly forgetting about my case being late to court my last time I went to court was three months ago I called him every 2 weeks to see what was going on come to find out after taking it upon MYSELF to reach out to this somebody that we needed to reach out to Will and his staff didn’t reach out one time basically lied to me literally the 13 times I called the past three months I finally I finally said enough is enough all I did is waste time and precious time away from my daughter that all I was doing was trying to get more of and I’m a good father STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!!

I spoke with Wilfred Driscoll twice on the phone regarding my divorce before I hire him. The second phone call was amazing. He remembered all the details of my case and the special circumstances that I am in. He had actually thought about my case since we talked and had additional insight which I found very useful. He is a very good attorney and helped me at a difficult and stressful time. He has been doing divorce law a long time and really knows the in’s and out’s of how cases will turn out. Because of Will’s counsel I settled and did not fight to the bitter end. He advised me that the outcome was uncertain and I very well may end up paying more in legal fees that I would get if I “won.” Looking back it was definitely the right decision and I am much happier that I have closed that chapter in my life. His Paralegal, Juli, was amazing in terms of efficiency and speed as well. Everything was done on time and she could answer most of my questions if the attorney was in court.

Attorney Driscoll helped me with a complicated family law situation. He is a good listener and knows the right questions to ask. He also had a good working relationship with the other attorney so what I anticipated being a long drawn fight was resolved within a month. I am very happy for his experience and help.

I wish I can give him minus infinity. What a horrible lawyer! There is something fishy about him!!!!!!!!!!!! No wonder he was disciplined by a state licensing authority in the past. I have a lot of bad things to say about him but I will just give you one piece of advice for now: Save your time and money and find another attorney! I almost lost a custody case because of his dishonesty, wrong advice, and laziness. In addition, he always tries to intimidate his clients so they don't question what he does. I had to fire him and hire a different lawyer. HONESTLY! He is a disaster for real.

Not bad for being my ex-wifes lawyer. Decent people there.

Consult with Mr. Wilfred C. Driscoll, Jr. first! He is Professional, Knowledgeable, Respectful, Ethical, Reasonable, etc. I met Mr. Wilfred C. Driscoll, Jr. at his law office in Fall River, MA in Fall of 2017 to discuss details about my divorce case. He calmly and respectfully listened to the background of this case and then offered different solutions which were applicable, and lead to getting the divorce approved and legalized in the Family Court of Taunton, MA. Very professionally, he explained the fees which he will charge to handle the case, from start to finish. Like many other law firms, he has a written agreement which is to be reviewed and approved by his law firm and the prospective client, prior to the initiation of the case. Mr. Driscoll even went as far as explaining the process of filing for divorce, as it applied to my case, and equipped me with all the relevant information so that I could file the case by myself. I never felt pressured to hire this law firm, which speaks to the professionalism and experience of Mr. Driscoll’s career as an attorney. Both Attorney Casey and Driscoll was very professional , polite , and really care about every details and they take time to understand . I will definitely go back to Casey if I need anything else . They are really great and I wish I knew them way before .

Everyone in the office is extremely knowledgeable, personable and truely cares about their clients. I could not have gone through my case without them.
