Hugh Fitzpatrick and New England Title & Escrow services SAVED OUR BACON at a most crucial time in the home buying process! I was up against a deadline to review a Purchase & Sale agreement for an offer on a hot property, and was told that our local JAG office (I'm a military retiree) could look over the paperwork. Long story short, they were WAY out of their league and I was left with about five hours to a deadline and no attorney in my corner. I started frantically cold-calling closing attorney offices and thank GOODNESS I got hold of NET&E! I spoke to them at 11:30, emailed them the documents to review five minutes later, and was on the phone with Hugh by 12:30 looking over everything page by page. We caught a couple of small but very important things to modify, and got everything turned around to the sellers by the deadline. Every step of the way from that first day until the closing table, Hugh, Elizabeth Camarra, Sheena Barros, and the rest of the NET&E team were ALWAYS responsive and INSTANTLY on top of all of the details of our rather complex and lengthy transaction.
