Being a small business owner, there are so many things to learn about what you can and can't do legally, especially when you are hiring an independent contractor. A friend of mine referred me to Keith for his legal services and he has helped me tremendously with getting a contract & a secrecy document perfect for my new hire. It was great working with him & recommend him for someone that just doesn't know where to turn to and needs help tweaking their contracts.

Everything was taken care of for the purchase of my home. I didn’t have to worry about things being left out or not understanding what was going on. Everything was explained to me in layman’s terms which I appreciated. They communicated with the bank, the realtor and the seller, and kept me updated. They were also easy to reach by calling the office, cell, email, tor text. The seller of my home ended up using them as well because they were so helpful during the process. They are reliable and detail oriented and I will definitely use them again for estate planning or anything else that may come up.
