After taking a visit to the Social Security office, I was told that I needed to get a letter signed by a judge to solve my problem. Did a search for a lawyer that could help me out and the Botelho firm popped up. Made an appointment and Joe Botelho solved my problem. I could apply to Social Security online and resolve my problem without having to go to a judge. Thanks Joe!!!

***BEWARE*** DO NOT RECOMMEND (Only gave one star because I had to to make a post I would give negative 5 stars if given the option) totally unprofessional .I had a consultation with them right away . I read tons of reviews And decided on Botello Law Group because they had some really great reviews. The woman that I had my consultation with said Joe would be contacting me the next day to discuss my case and discuss next step.which was coming up next week. .Nobody called me back all day Friday. I chatted/text/ the office early Saturday, they told me he would contact me right away. Again nobody called me. Today is now Sunday and my case is tomorrow and Tuesday. I have no lawyer. They knew my case was short notice. Totally unprofessional . If they had no intention of taking my case they should’ve told me that Thursday . I would not use these people at all unprofessional and totally unreliable…I Certainly will not be recommending BOTELHO LAW. Totally wasted my time when I could’ve found somebody else who was willing to take my kids and help me so thank you for nothing Botella law group

Have to add some details since botelho says i simply dont want to pay. When i get a call arguing that my case is in distric court not probate and the attorney is wrong i should not be charged for the phone call! Also when i get a phone call telling me i dont have a date on the date i said and i send paper work to show the date i should not be charged for that call! I also should not talk to the receptionist day before court the get a phone call,text and email reminding me of my date and get charged for all three the list goes on. Im reconmending YOU Don't waste your money but do as you like just hope you have deep pockets and dont mind crooked people. Attorney botelho is nothing but a lier and tells you what you want to hear to hire them then go back on everything and charge a bunch of bogus charges I got charged for my case getting reviewed 4 times but yet the attorney couldn't tell me one thing about the case highly disappointed to many dishonest lawyers

Not honorable at all, **bait and switch** with the Moody admin secretary Jennifer who is Not even an attorney will make or break with wether you get to even visit the attorney to begin with. Awful cheap service based on her approach not to get back within a reasonable timeframe, despite my explaining a family member fell and we had to reschedule last minute. What more do I need to say the client is on *******************18 medications************** needed schedule accommodations for initial Consult . Wow I’m Beyond disgusted, WISE saying, Avoid at ALL costs!! Use at your OWN risk. No need to judge and turn a blind eye if the SCREENING secretary deemed so. Such a Turn off… I’m at a loss for words. We’re retaining a More Reliable, morally reasonably Honorable attorney who will focus on advocating on Nilli behalf with integrity

I needed a good law firm. I found this law firm to be that. They were informative making sure that I understood what was happening. I Definitely Intend to use this firm in the future.
