GREAT ATTORNEY TO HAVE ON YOUR SIDE THE BEST!

Def worst experience I’ve ever had with a lawyer.

Unprofessional and lazy! This woman will completely waste both your time and money.

A not nice lawyer

If you have any hopes of having a peaceful or amicable resolution highly suggest you look elsewhere. She is very aggressive and is not about the family. I have transcripts of conversations that I will gladly share.

I cannot express how much Heather-Jill Williams is worth her weight in gold! I went through a divorce that took 3 YEARS, 2 attorney’s, and another 3 days of TRIAL. If you need to make sure your case is 100% fair, she is the attorney you NEED. I originally saw her reviews on Google and decided to go with a “five star” attorney instead. BAD BAD TERRIBLE IDEA!! Turns out my “five star” attorney was getting strong armed, and trying to make deals in their favor! I asked for recommendations through word of mouth, private groups, friends, etc, and Heather was HIGHLY recommended. Now I know why. Getting divorced takes a lot of work on both the attorney and the clients part. Document ALL the things. When she was called “rude” in a google review, I’ll admit I was leery. After 3 years of working with her I have realized that Heather is in fact just direct. You don’t hire an attorney to be coddled. Take information straightforward. No muss no fuss. Do you want a pit bull or a poodle in your corner? Heather is incredibly knowledgeable with the law, extremely quick thinking on her feet, stealthy in trial, and can save you loads of time, energy, and money. You won’t get bullied by tyrant attorneys, or get swindled in your case with Heather.

Dishonest, a bully, so difficult and oppositional that most attorneys simply don't want to deal with her. Had to represent myself against her ridiculous, toxic, abusive manner in and out of court because so few attorneys will go against her; the ones that do, long waiting lists. She's a gaslighting manipulator and a crazy maker. She will expand the issues and build conflict rather than narrow them as lawyers should. Uses repetition and wild assumptions/speculation as argument. A master at distraction, obfuscation, and belittling. Takes on a lot of cases and selectively focuses on the ones that she takes personally, so if you dare challenge her nonsense, she'll be out to make your life hell. Reputed to be overly aggressive but "knows what she is doing" is the nicest statement that I have heard among those I have consulted with. As far as the claim that she "doesn't ever settle" I heard that she has. Not really adherent to the Rules of Professional Conduct. Not my favorite thing to deal with. I have never seen a worse example of an attorney in my life. Not because she is lazy or ignorant, quite the contrary, but because of the negative impact she has on families, parents, and other lawyers. Just a nasty and very toxic person spewing hatred and trying to separate good parents from their beloved children for money. Hard work doesn't equate to being ethical or good. If you are an evil, lying scum bag... she's a perfect match.

Message says, leave a message and they'll call you back, not to call over and over again. I'd recommend getting another lawyer because one treating you like you don't matter is not who you want advocating for you. After several calls over two weeks time with only one call back from the office, it's pretty clear that she does not need any more customers.
