Worst lawyer ever highly DON’T recommend this clown. First day at the court house he gets into an argument with the hearing probation officer. Nice first impression……. Now we have to go straight in front of the judge and when we do this judge is not happy at all how this clown spoke to the probation hearing officer. He files the paperwork wrong, put wrong doc numbers, and also miss turning in paperwork. The judge wasn’t even happy with this lawyer from the very start. Over 3 times he’s shown up he’s made the case go to second call because he wasn’t ready. Got tired of his mess ups and I decided to throw him off the case that’s was resolved in less time he spent at the printer. Didn’t feel as confident walking in the court house with him as a lawyer, not only because the way he presented himself, but his personal hygiene the way he would come into court. The way he smelled and dressed looked and smelled like he used the same suit for the week. The smell of cigarettes was to a point that it was disgusting to be around. The day he was dismissed from the case and finally walked out the court room, the judge couldn’t help but laugh at this lawyer…. Highly don’t recommend this clown

Danny Richard is a Fake, all he knows is how to loose a case, he wants your money and has no clue on how to defend you. He's never on time, and smells bad. Unexperiance, and doesn't know how to speak up in court. He's money hungry and don't know how to defend people. All he thinks about is walking off with your money. He is a terrible lawyer, they should pull his license to practice. He doesn't return phone calls, and is clueless in a court room. I loss was losing my case, I fired Danny Richard and got a lawyer and paid alot less than $3000. I won the case with a new lawyer.

This attorney asked for a $2000 retainer for a simple parenting time that was already written by the court. This attorney just need to add a child to existing court order and make the pick up and drops off's at a public place. The first day we went to the court in got into a arrugement with the probation department clerk. It was a huge embarrassment. He was very unprofessional. The judge was very upset. This attorney repeats himself over and over and doesn't make any sense. He comes in to court late and looks like he has been drinking all night. He smokes and his breath is just gross. This attorney did not ACCOMPLISH any of the simple request that my son had and did not refund any of the $2000 retainer that was given to him the first day. He is very unprofessional and is very bad at returning phone calls.

I was impressed on how smooth Mr Richard handled my case. Like no other and definitely would recommend friends and families to Dan Richard as laywer. I felt comfortable with Dan compare to others lawyers, that pressure you. Dan will work with you and make things right again
