I initially called just to get some basic tenant right information and advice but Mr. Charles took about 30 minutes of his time to listen, review and offer advise in detail. He explained my options and even in the middle he admitted he may not be suitable to take my case but continued to offer advice and resources. I have gotten lawyer advise only a few times in my life and usually once they know they wont be taking your case they shoo you away so I was highly impressed with his interest and compassion. If I ever need him for a lawyer he will be on the top of my list! Thank you!
