I got into an accident a few years ago and was very lucky to walk away from the accident alive. After the accident, I went through a series of medical visits and lot of stress over the entire situation. After days of trying to process everything, I got Mr. Alpert's contact from a friend (who he had helped). I am so lucky I did. Throughout the experience, he was very communicative. He walked me through the legal process. Him and his team also checked to make sure I was doing ok physically, while also making sure my medical expenses were being directed to the proper department. It was my first time working with a lawyer, so I had no idea what to expect, however Mr. Alpert and Charlene were a huge help guiding me through the entire process. Although the legal process was delayed (due to Covid), Mr. Alpert made sure to consistently follow up and keep me in the loop. Words can't even describe how thankful I am to have worked with them, while also taking the time to make sure the accident didn't completely alter my life. My case has now been closed and it's all thanks to Charles and Charlene. I am so thankful for them. I highly recommend them.
