I was referred to Ezra by a friend of a friend. Coming out of fellowship for my first job, I had no idea about contracts and negotiating. Ezra guided me through not the best written contract. He explained what really mattered in the contract (and in terms I could understand): where my salary may have been at risk, stronger protections against termination, clarifying benefits. He also gave me exact phrases/wording to negotiate with the practice so that I would be able to protect myself and my best interests. He was very quick and responsive, helped navigate this difficult contract for a practice in California.

I hired Ezra to review a Physician employment contract and provide guidance on contract negotiations. It was 100% the right decision to engage him for legal assistance. He was knowledgeable on all aspects of the contract and helped to identity and correct specific clauses which put me in a much stronger position entering my new job. Ezra was excellent in his contract review of a rather complicated contract for a hospital employed position.
