Ezra helped me with evaluation and negotiation of the contract for my first job after training. His advise provided incredible support and insurance that my contract protected my professional well being. Additionally, he encourage and justified the addition of financial bonuses to the contract. With his help I felt confident that I maximized the protection and benefits out of the contract.

Ezra was great - very responsive and worked with my crazy schedule to find times to talk. I was negotiating my first contract and Ezra took time to go through the contract step by step to point out what was normal and what wasn't. He also offered to negotiate with my employer on my behalf but encouraged me to do it on my own in order to start off my job on a more collaborative tone and even provided a script for me to use in negotiating. I assume he would have made a lot more money by doing the negotiating himself, but I really appreciated that he kept my best interest in mind. He came highly recommended and I have passed along that recommendation to others. I will most definitely call him again for my next job.

Ezra helped me with contract analysis / Severance agreement review. I would highly recommend him . He is knowledgeable and easy to talk too. The communication is clear and he is very prompt in replying to your questions. For contract analysis he was able to breakdown the language to help me understand the impact it might have. I was referred to Ezra from one of my future partners for help with my contract negotiation as she had been very happy with his work on her contract. He was very helpful in reviewing the contract and knowing where the company would negotiate a seemingly "boiler plate" contract. He was very thorough and his suggestions were spot on. He was very professional, easy to get a hold of and timely in his responses. He was happy to speak with me outside of normal business hours which was very helpful.
