Potential for an unfriendly or dismissive attitude
“Called to ask for a consultation and when I briefly explained the situation he responded with an attitude. I understand that lawyers are busy but being in a situation where you're being sued is scary and stressful and some compassion and a friendly tone isn't too much to ask.”
