Ms. Agarwal is an excellent immigration attorney. She has assisted my family and me in applying for citizenship. She stepped us through what was needed and how to prepare up through the actual interview (with mock interviews) which was great. Even if she is busy, (even on weekends!) she will find time to respond to your questions and get back to you because she obviously cares about you and your case. We found Ms. Agarwal based on reviews and are so glad we chose her. She stands out among all other lawyers and we highly recommend her for anyone needing an immigration lawyer!

Namita Agarwal prepared my parents applications for their permanent residency in the U.S. While not very complicated, we hired namita because of her excellent guidance during initial consultation. My wife and I were in a pretty big jam of filing the wrong petition for her permanent resident status. Instead of submitting the I-751, I filled out the I-90. It was a terrible mistake with lack of due diligence and by the time we had realized at our biometrics, we were already late for our appropriate I-751. We looked around online and found an overabundance of sham attorneys and sites just looking to steal identities. Came across this site and was reading a Q&A of someone in the same situation as us having filed the wrong petition. Anyway, one attorney who answered his query was Namita Agarwal providing free advice to the individual. She happened to work out of the same state we live in and my wife felt more comfortable hiring someone closer. I contacted Namita via email and she phoned us very shortly after. Explained to her what had happened and she immediately had a full plan on how to submit as quickly and efficiently as possible based on the information I provided. I was impressed by how honest and to the point Namita was regarding solution, potential outcome and fee. Namita understood how important this petition was to us and promised She would try her very best. First contact was on Friday, Saturday was supposed to be an off day for her, but she came to our call and within 24 hours was done with over 100 pages of documents. As fast as we were providing her our details, Namita was emailing back the completed version of our documents. By Sunday noon, she was already done and was extremely concerned that we would not have it mailed out by Monday. I put an extra emphasis on her concern, this woman took both of her off days to finish our petition and answered every and other question we had regarding all immigration queries. She responded to emails into the night and at dusk of new morning. If you are looking for an immigration attorney for any type of situation/petituon you are facing with your loved one, the search is over. Namita Agarwal is of the highest caliber in her field and genuinely cares about what you and your partner are facing. It is a difficult thing to find in today's world, so when you do find it, it is our duty let folks know how great that person was. My wife and I couldn't be happier with Namitas services, our situation is still technically pending due to the process but we have nothing to fear or stress because Namita is monitoring and is only one phone call away to provide her exceptional knowledge of the law. As for distance, (mentioned above) if you don't live near MA, it will not be an issue as we never actually met in person because everything was handled efficiently via email and phone.
