I first was refered to Robert over a very complex situation involving a former business partner. I hired Rob to evict a housemate who had stopped paying rent. He was able to go through the legal process as fast as the legal system would permit and the housemate signed a settlement to agree to move-out. Took about two months from the day I issued the Notice to Quit.
