Extremely aggressive and vulgar. Uses threatening tactics and trashed the items of individuals going through a tough time. This man should be out of a job and I plan to make it my business to prove his lawlessness and the fraud he perpetuates.

Scott Gonfrade took pre-payment on a process service, offered no updates for 10 days after receiving payment(in spite of repeated attempts at contact). On the 10th day, he replied that he was out of office for another 11 days, still not offering an update. I have no evidence that he attempted service at all. I unfortunately had to report him to the City of Framingham, which appoints him as a Constable. He still has not reached out. Completely unacceptable business practices.

This person is a scam artist. He goes by the name of Scott. If you are interested in using his service to have something served to the court DO NOT USE HIM! You will never see his face, nor get to talk to him for more than 5 minutes on the phone. SCAM!!!

this guy is an absolute joke and fraud. I own properties in worcester and the scam artist, scott gonfable, attested to hand delivering a notice of eviction to a tenant which never happened. went to court last week and the tenant proved he was never served in person. DO NOT USE SCOTT GONFABLE. Now I have to restart the entire eviction process which will take an additional month and cost me more money - total bullsh*t

Excellent service, great communication, able to meet our deadline. Quickly turned over the work. Very pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
