Unreliable and unresponsive business practices
“Scott Gonfrade took pre-payment on a process service, offered no updates for 10 days after receiving payment(in spite of repeated attempts at contact). On the 10th day, he replied that he was out of office for another 11 days, still not offering an update. I have no evidence that he attempted service at all.”

Potential fraudulent behavior
“This person is a scam artist. He goes by the name of Scott. If you are interested in using his service to have something served to the court DO NOT USE HIM! You will never see his face, nor get to talk to him for more than 5 minutes on the phone. SCAM!!!”

“this guy is an absolute joke and fraud. I own properties in worcester and the scam artist, scott gonfable, attested to hand delivering a notice of eviction to a tenant which never happened.”
