Edward O'Reilly is the worst decision I ever made. I was arrested for DUI and hired O Reilly for both the Criminal case and the Registry Admin Hearing for BT refusal. From the first, O'Reilly feigned he did not know about the Valor act of 2012, the probation clerk told me. He never put any effort into counselling me to use this plea bargain. In hindsight I think it was intentional. At the registry hearing for BT Refusal, he actually stated to the hearing officer the police would not lie when my whole case was they did! He showed up two hours late for the hearing at the registry with no papers in a hurry to go to see his brother in a Boston hospital. Again no effort/malpractice! He showed up four hours late for the appeal to the court for refusal. He never developed a timeline of the arrest night, something the Judge at the Court Appeal ask for in open court and O Reilly didn't have it, so I lost my appeal because he didn't do the work to develop it of police and other reports he had. On the criminal case he lost it and I have been on appeal from it since April 2018. An experience appeals attorney has filed an appeal on my behalf based on O'Reilly's malpractice in my criminal case citing numerous instances of negligence and professional failures I would be thrilled to share. Its public record research this reprobate's past cases, you will find it. Bottom Line: Do yourself a favor, select any other lawyer to represent you Ed O'Reilly id just BAD NEWS! If you did decide to drink and drive that's a bad decision. If you choose O'Reilly to represent you, that's another BAD DECISION!

Ed O’Reilly is not just a lawyer; I would call him a BEST ATTORNEY. My coworker recommended him to me as a lawyer who never lost a case. It was actually true. My case was pretty complicated but we won. Thanks Ed! And by the way his prices are very competitive.
