Mr. O’neil represented me in my divorce which was finalized in Sept. 2007. I asked him repeatedly to make sure I was no longer on the real estate loan since my ex-wife was to take ownership of the property.. I now have to hire another lawyer to bring my ex-wife to court to get me released from my old real estate loan. I have poor credit because my ex-wife is constantly late paying her mortgage payment. I no longer have deed to the property but It appears I am still responsible for the mortgage payment. Again, I repeat I asked Mr. O'neil repeatedly to make sure I was released from the mortgage. It appears I was not.
