He did not record a document that was prepared for me in regards to my home. Recently I had a buyer for my home and the bank found that my son is the owner of my home. I am 77 years old and he insists it is his house. The tax bills, water bills, etc. have been paid by me all along.
Now he wants to sell the house and throw me out of the house.
There seems to be no way out of this.
How a son and lawyer can do this is malicious.

Minichiello took my money back in March 2017 to fix something on the deed.He never did it. The paperwork wasn’t stamped or recorded. Ty Minichiello what a waste of my time & money & peace of mind. Never will I go to him again or refer anyone to him.
