Took great care of my Parents. Highly recommend.

The team at Elder Law Care is excellent. Patrick, Stewart, Cheryl and everyone who helped me along the way with an estate that required probate did so with kindness and great care. Along with providing significant attention to all legal details. It was a pleasure to work with this group. I highly recommend Elder Law Care for any legal or estate planning needs.

I wish I could give MORE than a 5 star rating. Carole & Patrick and the rest of the team worked tirelessly for weeks to help my family. When faced with the horrible reality that my father would have to stay in a nursing home - they helped protect my parents from losing all of the assets they had worked their whole lives for. They were there to really help us understand a process that is NOT easy to understand at all. They were there to calm us down when it all seemed overwhelming and hopeless. They are a group of people who clearly care about their clients. If you are in need of an Elder Law attorney - these are the people you want to see. Hands down. I don't want to think about the situation my family would be in if we didn't have their help. Words can't express our gratitude.

My wife and I were referred to Patrick by some close friends after they had attended his free Elder Law seminar at a hotel in Plymouth. We attended a free seminar and were quite impressed with his expertise and insight and decided to engage his firm for our estate planning. We are more than impressed with the knowledge and thoroughness of the planning process and execution of the plan. Kudos to Patrick, Stuart, Cheryl, and Ashley for their help in getting our affairs in order and protecting our assets via revocable and irrevocable trusts and handling all the paperwork with banks, investment accounts, real estate, and insurance. We thought we were protected because we had wills, but that only invites probate and the costs associated with the probate process. We are so grateful knowing that upon our demise our assets will be going to family and non-profits spelled out in the plan vs. paying probate legal costs, estate taxes, and other associated costs. We are so pleased with the services we received from Elder Law Care. I had no idea how complicated estate planning can be. Stuart, Cheryl, Patrick and Ashley walked us through every step. We have excellent documentation for everything and received good advice about both revocable and irrevocable trusts. We also received emergency info cards for ourselves and to give our health care proxies providing us with 24 access to our health proxies, wills, and durable power of attorney forms. I am a health care professional and the health care proxy forms are extremely thorough and provide excellent direction to our proxies and health care providers. They are so much better than those that I have seen in my workplace. Very knowledgeable team.

Finding an experienced firm that would create a trust/will for me and my wife, with regards to all of our wishes, was paramount to us. We were looking for a way to protect our assets for the future. We found out about the Elder Law Care seminar. It was very informative and now are in the process of having peace of mind for us and our children. We would recommend going to them for laws have changed so much. They are very professional and yet kind and helpful.

Very knowledgeable, questions were answered clearly. Patrick and all his staff were very pleasant to work with and were very thorough in all aspects of the process .

My wife and I, both in our late seventies, attended one of Attorney Kelleher's Elder Law Care workshops solely out of curiosity. We left that workshop very aware of how poorly prepared we were for "taking care of business." Fast forward three weeks and we are incredibly confident that our now completed, written estate plan is solid.
