I attended a free workshop that Patrick Kelleher gave and it was an eye opener. I scheduled an appointment and Patrick helped me figure out some stuff in regards to my current will and my home. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge and compassion regarding Elder Law. I would highly recommend his workshops. Currently I’m working with William McGuire and I appreciate his attention to the rewriting of my documents. Thank you!!

Knowing for years I should look into estate planning for a Will, Health care proxy, Power of attorney and other planning. Waiting so long and getting sick I realized it was time to address estate planning. I attended a free workshop I saw on Facebook by Patrick Kelleher at the Double Tree Hotel in Rockland. It was extremely well run and very informative. Patrick Kelleher made it very simple and easy to understand, as it is overwhelming trying to figure out the process of elder planning & Medicare questions. I then went to his office for a free Initial visit. The entire staff was professional, caring and kind. Ryan, Shannon and Ashley could not have been more helpful. Patrick sat with me for hours answering all my questions making me feel so relived and comfortable to make the right decisions. My next visit I saw Patrick who checked on how things we going. I then sat with Attorney William McGuire who is the most informative, sweetest, kindest, patient man I have ever met. I cannot say enough about him. After signing everything he told me if I have any questions keeping me at night to please email him and he would would get right back to me. My son had to come in to sign some papers also but his schedule was after hours when both Ryan and Attorney William McGuire stayed after hours again answering all his questions and rushing us. My experience has been wonderful !!! What I thought would be terrible and put off for years turned into such peace of mind and comfort with all of the Staff. I would highly recommend them. The Trust/Will process is something that everyone should do, but it seems so daunting and morbid. It isn't if you go with a firm such as Patrick Kelleher's! Everyone especially William has been awesome in this process! They are very informative, patient and kind! I would highly recommend them!

Patrick and others on staff, extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient with me and all my questions and concerns. Every question I have asked, has been answered professionally and courteously. I will am a client for life. My family and beneficiaries are in good hands.

My mother and I contacted Kelleher & Associates to assist with updating her will, POA, etc. Everyone we worked with at the firm was wonderful, thoughtful and caring. We especially enjoyed working with William McGuire throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone who wants comprehensive estate planning!

Patrick and all his associates are great at what they do. I expected that setting up a family Medicare trust would be complicated and expensive. William McGuire, the attorney we worked with made the whole process as easy as possible and I was surprised at how affordable it turned out to be. I would recommend the firm to any family in need of these services.
