My family retained Atty. Crowell for help with an estate manner. When I returned to live on the Cape I also retained Atty. Crowell after researching lawyers in the area. Bill was knowledgeable legally as well as thoughtful to our entire situation and the end result was acceptable (even happy) for everyone.
Bill knows the Cape well and is an active participant in his community, I also found his services were billed at very reasonable rates compared with others in the area.
