Lack of proactive communication and updates
“Had our family known he was waiting on a form, we would have worked to have her Doctor complete the form more timely. When someone hires you to expedite a process, they expect that you actually do something to expedite the process proactively. Not wait 6 weeks for a form with no update to the family (even after updates are requested multiple times).”

“Extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I feel sorry for anyone that uses her. All I can say is if you're stuck with her triple check her work! We caught her making tons of mistakes!!!”
