I've experienced extremely poor communication with this law firm. I've been waiting for a response from Mr. Jutras about a trust-related concern for over two months. I have detailed records of the communication attempt. I'm in the midst of writing a formal complaint to the Massachusetts bar association. Very disappointing with the lack of professionalism, and I'm sad it had to come to this.

Amazing lawyer, recommended to me by my family attorney as a lawyer, that other lawyers would seek out if they were getting a divorce. That was good enough for me. Attorney, Jutras expertly handled my divorce, estate, planning, and real estate issues to my total satisfaction. He listens to you and hears exactly what you need and want with the directness that I found company. I’d rate him a 10 on 10. Congratulations to anybody that hires him.

ATTNY Bob Jutras and his team were wonderful. Compassionate and incredibly accomodating in planning my mother's estate. There was a tragic immediacy, and Bob worked with my family to educate us and to provide much needed advice/documentation to safeguard mom's directives and values. We were referred to Attorney Bob Jutras by another trusted lawyer to review and update our wills and estate plan. He was incredibly professional in every way, and legally very astute. But he went beyond legal skills and was especially sensitive and responsive to our exact personal needs. He was a knowledgeable and guiding hand through what is an essential process when you reach a certain age and have extended family members to consider. He wears two distinct hats comfortably. That of an attorney specializing in estate planning and supportive counselor to help his clients achieve their very personal goals.
