I was reminded to write a review when one of my customers and I were talking about an estate plan. It reminded me of the great experience my wife and I had getting our estate plan built. Danielle and Amber were awesome helping us through the process and I am not sure that they could have been any more thorough than they were. They even provide you with a medical emergency information card that provides access to all the necessary documents in case you need the health care proxy, allergies and medical conditions, emergency contacts, living will, memorial wishes and it can be used anywhere. I would say you could not be any more thorough than that! She was up front about all the cost that would be associated with our plan. I believe that the services were a good value for what Danielle did for us. We started our plan in July of 2022 and it was complete in Octoberof 2022. We will forever be greatful for the work that Danielle and her team did! She has also thought of scheduling a follow up visit in the futre to make sure our plan is still current and make the changes necessary at that time. Thaks again to Danielle and Amber!

I'm shocked by the amount of 5 stars given to this law firm. I have never written a bad review in my life but this one needed to be posted as we lost a lot of money. We enthusiastically hired Danielle to complete the will and trust for our family of 5. She seemed kind and extremely knowledgeable. We handed over a check for $7,000. When we sat with her in a meeting in 2021 to sign all the paperwork to assure our assets were securely in a trust, my husband and I left feeling really good. One year later, Danielle contacted us via a very lengthy and confusing trail of emails to say we only had a will and still needed to put everything in a trust and that we must have "dropped the ball" and that "we were confused." Danielle quoted us an additional $1,500 to complete the trust. There was no email, no follow up phone call from Danielle or her team stating that this vital next step needed to be taken. We paid $7,000 to have our trust buttoned up. Instead we got a will. The average cost for a will in MA is $200-$600.

The DGVE team did a fantastic job of guiding my mom through an update to her estate plan. Danielle’s empathy and listening skills let her get right to the heart of Mom’s concerns so that she could craft documents tailored to our family’s situation. Rachel and Amber kept the process moving professionally and efficiently throughout. In contrast to attorneys who charge by the hour, DGVE’s fee is fixed. Despite this, Danielle was very generous with her time, making sure we understood the options and were comfortable with our choices at every step of the process before moving on.
