Being a first time home buyer I was very nervous and had numerous questions. Dave would answer my calls or emails at all hours of the day and thoroughly explain things to me, even if its something I had previously questioned. The night before my closing, Dave went through a lot of the paper work with me. This helped facilitate a process that can be very overwhelming.
