I hired Renee on a recommendation, and I am so glad I did. I had an extremely contentious divorce that included an appointment of a special master, a discovery master, and a gatekeeper motion. My ex had two lawyers voluntarily remove themselves from representing him under emergency reasons before he settled on representing himself. After 3 ½ years and almost 300 filings with the court, we finally settled. Renee never wavered and was with me from day one. She went above and beyond to navigate the complexities and emotional strain involved. Her dedication to my case, sound advice and consistent communication is commendable. Her unwavering presence in my journey through this made her part of my family. I can only hope that others seeking legal advice also hire Renee as they will find legal expertise in probate and divorce court, a trusted source for your network and someone who’s compassion is heartwarming. I cannot recommend Renee and her law firm enough. I would give her 100 stars if I could.

I dealt with Steve when I sold my house in 2023 and found Kellem and Kellem to very professional, response, and helpful - as well as easy to deal with. I recommend them highly.

I was recommended Renee by a friend when served divorce papers, I arrived despondent, bewildered and confused. Renee immediately assessed the situation and took control of a disastrous situation and began to stabilize things. Not only is my advice to hire Renee but it is also to listen to her and follow her strategy to a T, she knows what she is doing and she knows what is best for you when you cannot be the judge of it. Hire her and listen to her if you want the best possible outcome. Excellent work.

I would highly recommend using Steve for your real estate transactions. He was responsive, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly organized when we came in for our closing. He took the time to go through all legal documents with us to make sure we understood what we were signing.

Renee was wonderful in handling my divorce. She thoroughly explained what I was to expect in regard to the various stages of the divorce process. She was sympathetic in explaining to me why it was important to remove all emotion from the negotiations. She counseled me on my mediation and gave me advice in regard to the mediator. I really felt as though she had my best interest in heart.

THE WORST ‘PUBLIC APPOINTED’ attorney I’ve ever met. Never called me back once, lied to the judge he sent a letter to me, even if he did what lawyer puts information in a letter. So now I’m defaulted. Will not being paying the court for this lawyer.

I can’t express my gratitude to Kellem law. I’ve been going through a very very difficult divorce for over five years my council has stuck through with me time after time and gave me the best advice possible in a very very difficult situation. I will have to say I never thought I would go through this and never thought I was gonna make it out on a high note. But with the advice of my Council Renee Mahoney we made it through she never gave up never let her guard down to protect me,I think I may still owe her a steak dinner? All kidding aside I would recommend if you don’t see a way out and you lost hope this is the best law firm on the South Shore. Five stars !!!

I was recommended to Renee by a good friend who had used her during a prolonged divorce proceeding. I was going through what was to be a simple, uncontested divorce but my former partner and her attorney kept asking for more and more. Finally I brought on Renee to help speak for my side and keep things in check. She made everything very simple and was great counsel throughout the process. I couldn't recommend her more highly.
