Without hesitation I would recommend Ms Swetcky to anyone looking for a Family Atty.In My case my 9 year old son was put into foster care after I was hospitalized.DCYF didn't want to give him back with concerns this special needs child was not getting what he needed in my care.After firing 2 attorneys in 2 years I interview other attorney in the same field and asked who they would hire for thier own family if in my shoes.4 out of 5 of the attornrys said Ms.Swetcky.After calling her office for an appointment she,Ms.Swetcky,interviewed me for 2 hours and let me know right up front what she could and couldn't do for me.I hired her knowing this would not happen right away but that she would fight for me and my son with everything she had and she did.She kept me up to date and involved in the process the whole way through,never keeping anything from me.In the end I got my son,who is now 17 and is doing great thanks to Ms.Swetcky's undieing faith and hard work in our family and in the law.God Bless you, Beverly and thank you.

Hired her on a paternity matter. She never returned calls, went against everything we talked about. Totally flipped the scipt. Charged me outrageous bill. The worse attorney you can find.
