I have known Michael Princi for over 40 years during which time he has been my attorney and my personal friend. Over those 40 years he has represented my company on several occasions. Princi Mills Law assisted us at a very stressful time. We were in the process of purchasing a home when we learned that the title of the house had unspecified (to us) problems, thus the lawyer who originally agreed to work with us withdrew. Because we were already very invested with money spent on inspections we looked for help from 5-6 attorneys to look into the problems and explain us how bad it is. We got "sorry, but no" from everyone else while Michael Princi quickly responded with a quote for a detailed title search. Once we agreed they soon contacted us to let us know they did a quick title search and in their opinion, going further with the purchase of this house is not a good idea. Michael Princi took about an hour between his time in and out of the court, to explain us his opinion and the facts he knows and the things he does not know, answering all our questions and clarifying things for us as much as possible. It was a very needed professional help, for which we were ready pay BUT they did not charge us because they had not gone through the whole title search process. We could not believe the kindness of this wonderful law firm while the others did not want to touch our case they not only took the time but also did not ask anything in return. A couple of months later we were able to find and buy a much better place with their professional help. We felt 100% confident we were working with the best team possible and that the silver lining of the horrible experience we had with the prior title issue was that we met very good people who are also great at their job. I have to mention Jennifer Sturm who is an amazing paralegal at the firm who had done the quick title search in the first house purchase attempt and facilitated most of the communications, later answered all our quick questions through the successful purchase. Amazing team! I truly appreciate their work and work ethic and highly recommend them.

Jessica and adam are incredible! Being 6 months pregnant i was terrified never being involved with needing a lawyer in my life. They made the whole process entirely too easy, and supportive along the way. I dont have enough amazing things to say about jess and would recommend her to anyone!
