My husband had been injured at work and was under a doctor's care while collecting worker's compensation. It was a rough time because of course you only receive 40% of your income. We were getting by, hoping that he would be able to return to work. Six months after the original injury, we were notified that the checks would stop because the injury wasn't work related.
