Peter Goldberg fought for me and got me a LOT of money on my car injury case. I went through several other law groups prior to finding him. The first lawyer told me I'd be lucky if I got 5K despite having a minor traumatic brain injury, a contusion the size of a baseball over my left eye, whiplash, two black eyes after being rear ended and slammed into another car, totaling my vehicle. Everyone else I spoke to also didn't think I could get very much for my injuries, or were very slow to respond and just didn't seem to care. It wasn't about the money for me, but after having my car totaled, missing 3 weeks of work due to my injury, and having to drop two of my college classes because I fell too far behind and had major ptsd, pain, and memory issues for at LEAST a year after the accident, I knew I was entitled to something. Peter refused not one, not two, but three offers from the adjusters and I got an amount far greater than what I thought I would get. Mr. Goldberg knows his stuff and will fight for you. Save yourself a headache and time, and definitely bring your case to him first.

Grate attorney

I've personally never had to deal with an attorney in my past, but I was extremely fortunate that when I finally did I happened across Goldberg Law Group. I've been working with Tracy who has been nothing less than incredible through the whole process. Having no experience with legal issues, I'm notably pretty ignorant about the ins and outs of everything, Tracy has never once hesitated to answer any of my stupid questions - She has been attentive, responsive, and incredibly on top of my situation all while taking the time to answer any questions I have to make sure I understand what's going on and how to best move forward. She has been a life saver for me through somewhat uncertain times, and for that I'll be forever grateful. I highly recommend this organization. Edit: it took about a year for my claim to settle, and GLG was with me the whole way. The whole team there has been on my side and more than willing to assist me with all my dumb questions. They took on my entire issue where i could just sit back and wait, while making sure i stayed informed. They got me ALOT more money than I expected. I just wanted my car replaced after it was totalled through no fault of my own. They accomplished that, got me lost wages, AND got me more in a settlement. This is a small staff of GOOD people who are there with you through the whole process. 12/10 I recommend. Thank you guys for all you've done for me.

Attorney Goldberg is hands done THE Best! One thing for certain is that their going to take your case and be diligent, professional and always keep you updated. He makes sure that you get what you’re owed. Not to mention the office team is the kindest! And their CONSISTENT. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Peter is the lawyer to go to if you ever need one. He worked with me back in 2010 and he represented with great excellency during the 2 years process. He was always very supportive and kept me updated on every step along the way. Last week I did need some supporting paperwork from the original case. I called and left a message with the secretary, he called me back on the very next day and he remembered who I was and the details from my case. He did provide all the supporting paperwork I needed and additional supporting evidence that really helped me out.
